We will dance for six directions as a celebration from the place where we are right now.

6 directions of Earth, Sky, Past, Future, Relationship with others and Center of your self.

We will have a simple alter at the dance floor.
If you like to, you may bring any objects that resonate with the theme for your celebration! We will co-create the alter together.

About Movement Medicine :

Movement Medicine is a body-based movement meditation practice with the intention of being here and now with the body and heart.
The experience of allowing the body to freely move and express itself will reconnect you to your natural self, and you will receive " Medicine/Healing” in the ” here and now” from the movement of your body.
You will be guided to sense the body from the inside and to connect with your environment Elemental dance, and it will connect you to your heart and the Joy of knowing who you are.
Movement Medicine will assist you to deepen your connection to your self and your creativity, and to live a life of authenticity that is guided by your soul.

She is a Movement medicine AP Teacher, a Spiritual Healer, an International Yoga Teacher and a Shamanic Dancer.
