In this class, we will practice basic Movement Medicine techniques with gentle guidance by Yuki Lakshminarayani.
Focusing the energy of "FIRE" element, and connecting that toward "JOY" with free movement and your intention.
To recognize and acknowledge your inner fire to make our dreams come true, to light on in the darkness, to welcome innocence, to enjoy with playfulness, to go forward, to chose JOY, to say YES! for our life.

Movement Medicine is a body based movement meditation practice for being here and now with
